Before launching the company, Yusuf was running his own business consulting firm, where he spent years helping companies improve their systems, operations, and customer experience. Through this work, he developed a deep understanding of what separates average businesses from truly great ones.
As he explored new opportunities, Yusuf saw a clear gap in the flooring industry — customers were often dealing with long delays, poor communication, and inconsistent results. He recognized the opportunity to build something different: a company that combined operational excellence with a high standard of service and execution.
Driven by that vision, Yusuf made a decisive move — leaving everything behind and fully committing to building Next Day Flooring from the ground up.
Today, Next Day Flooring stands for speed, quality, integrity, and a personal touch, backed by a team that genuinely cares. What started as a bold leap of faith has quickly grown into one of Dallas’s fastest-growing flooring companies — raising the standard for how flooring should be done.
Yusuf is originally from Buffalo, New York, and has always been driven by a passion for building systems, teams, and businesses the right way.

As he spent more time around the home services space, he began to notice a recurring pattern — homeowners would start projects excited, only to deal with delays, poor communication, and results that didn’t match what was promised. It wasn’t occasional. It was systemic.
That didn’t sit right with him.
So he made a decision to build something different.
Yusuf committed fully to launching Next Day Flooring, making a bold move to leave everything behind and build the company from the ground up.
