Next Day Flooring began as a bold idea between two childhood best friends, raised in Buffalo, New York. Musa was working in the flooring industry in Dallas and saw first-hand how customers were often left frustrated by long wait times, unclear communication, and inconsistent workmanship. He believed flooring could — and should — be done differently.
Around this time, Yusuf was running his own business consulting firm. The two reconnected daily, discussing systems, customer service, brand vision, and what a better flooring company could look like. The conversations got deeper. The mission grew stronger. And the opportunity became clear.
Just one month after the company’s launch, Yusuf made a life-changing decision — leaving everything behind, getting in his car, and driving 25 hours straight to Dallas to help build the company full-time.

Musa is originally from Buffalo, New York, and has called Dallas home for nearly 12 years. After working within the flooring industry, Musa recognized a major gap in how companies handled fulfillment and service. He noticed that while many businesses could sell flooring, few could deliver a smooth, reliable, and well-communicated installation experience.
Determined to raise the standard, Musa founded Next Day Flooring with a mission to provide better service, better workmanship, and faster turnaround using locally stocked materials and a customer-first approach. Known for his exceptional sales ability, strong product knowledge, and gift for building and training teams, Musa focuses on leading the company’s brand, sales strategy, and culture.
Outside of work, Musa enjoys reading, going to the gym, spending time with his kids, and reflecting in nature.
Yusuf is originally from Buffalo, New York, and has always had a passion for building systems, teams, and businesses. Before joining Next Day Flooring, Yusuf owned a business consulting company where he advised small businesses on strategy, leadership, and operational structure. During that time, he began assisting his childhood best friend, Musa, with the early stages of the flooring business.
What started as daily calls about strategy, processes, and vision quickly became something bigger. Within just a month of the company’s launch, Yusuf made a life-changing decision — he left everything behind, got in his car, and drove 25 hours straight to Dallas to join the business full-time.
As COO, Yusuf oversees operations, fulfillment, and customer experience. His focus is ensuring every project is delivered smoothly, professionally, and with care.
Outside of work, Yusuf is a big foodie who loves trying new restaurants around Dallas. He also enjoys spending time with family and being in nature.
